``RM Re-Library'' reprints two to three volumes of past masterpiece volumes from ``RM LIBRARY'', which has a long history of over 260 issues.
The third volume of the new series features the Choshi Electric Railway, one of the many local private railways that is still in operation. This is a combined version of what was published in two volumes in 2011, and four new pages of color graphs have been created.
This book is a masterpiece that won the 2012 Hideo Shima Memorial Outstanding Book Award selected by the Railway Friends Association in the book category.

Choshi Electric Railway has a total length of only 6.4km and 10 stations. However, it has a surprisingly long history, dating back to the opening of the Choshi Scenic Railway in 1913. The first highlight of this book is that it provides a detailed introduction to the era of the sightseeing railway, which is the ``pre-history'' of Choshi Electric Railway.
In 1923, the Choshi Railway, which had no direct connection to the sightseeing railway, was restarted. This year marks 99 years since the company was founded (exactly 100 years since the company was founded!), and the small-scale but ever-changing vehicles have been active for many years and are popular as model subjects. This book contains many valuable photos of the history, facilities, station information, operation, and vehicles.
This is a definitive book, with author's first-class, reliable descriptions that utilize primary sources.
