Detailed records of railway vehicles ~Locomotive edition~

This project focuses on a single vehicle and introduces it with detailed photos of each part and easy-to-understand drawings.The corner title is ``DETAIL FILE,'' and it was originally published in the monthly magazine ``Rail Magazine,'' and later in its sister magazine ``Rail Magazine.'' It was taken over and serialized in ``RM MODELS''.

Its purpose was to provide actual vehicle materials for modelers who love railway models, such as kit assembly, detail improvement, and complete self-building.
Although it was well received, the series was discontinued for a long time due to the high detail of the finished model, the decrease in the number of craft fans, and various other problems.
On the other hand, it is said that there are fewer modellers working on railway models in the hobby world, but in recent years, as work support equipment such as 3D printers and laser cutting machines have become cheaper and more precise, new modelers are also making full use of them. It is emerging. One of the things that underpins their strong workmanship is actual vehicle documentation.
"DETAIL FILE" was once thought to have completed its mission, but in order to separate it from the format-specific books published in later years, we have changed the book title to "Detailed Transcripts of Railway Vehicles" and are presenting it here as a new series.
