Famous cars and famous trains, scenes from yesteryear are revived!

It has already been 35 years since the privatization of JNR, and although the number of former JNR vehicles has decreased, their popularity remains unchanged. The main theme of this book is the time when JNR vehicles, some of which are still in service today or have recently been retired and are still fresh in our memories, ruled the railways with full energy.
We also use past scenes such as familiar routes and train depots as subject matter.
It consists of reprints of past popular articles, mainly from the monthly "Rail Magazine" (currently out of print) from around 2015, with new material added, and the author of all volumes is the current editor of the quarterly "JNR Jidai".
Please enjoy the many scenes from the end of the Showa era to the middle of the Heisei era, which will be nostalgic for those who know the era, and fresh for the younger generation.
