In the [Order Confirmation Email] sent to ticket purchasers, there is a statement that ``You will receive an email when your order is ready.'' However, we apologize for the inconvenience, but there are no plans to send a [Shipping Completion Email].
Please note that we will return the item once we receive it.
■About ticket shipping
For those who have purchased driving event or meeting tickets, we will mail various admission tickets, parking tickets, receipts, passes, etc. from late September to early October.
If you do not receive it after October 9th (Monday), please contact the office. (speedfes@veg.co.jp)
*If you purchase only admission tickets and parking tickets, you will be admitted by presenting a digital ticket, so there will be no shipment.
